Hey girl -Sorry I haven't been able to reply to you much about the shower.  The past 4 days have been crazy!  The shower was really pretty, my cousin is a fab decorator!  I was excited that my cousin from Oklahoma came down and two cousins and my aunt that I haven't seen in 10 years came too!  My grandmother also came and that was it.  My sister called the day before to cancel (suprise suprise) and two of my good friends that I graduated with and have known since 4th grade did not show either.  My step mom also flaked out but that's ok I wasn't crazy about her being there around my mom anyway.  So all in all it was nice but it was really small.  My "big" shower is in September here in Keller so I'm  hoping that goes better.  I got some bakeware, corningware, canister set, glass ware, punch bowl, griddle, french chef (that is what my kitchen is deocrated in) stuff, kitchen towels/rags....so I made out pretty well.  How was your shower???

    Thats awesome!! That was a pretty good haul considering that was your small shower. I'm glad you had a good shower though! I was really surprised how many people actually came. There was at least 35 people there so it was kind of stuffy but so fun. We got all of our dishes and silverware, every Pyrex set imaginable, waffle maker, blender, towels, and 4 (yes 4) crock pots. People thought we were alcoholics because we registered for all the specialty drink glasses (wine, margarita, pilsner) and got most of them. We got everything we really need and want except for some Hinkle knives but 3 of the crock pots can cover those!!

    That's awesome!  I'm glad yours went well and so many people came.  I'm expecting about 30 at my second shower and then Justin's mom is throwing us a couples shower in September too so maybe we'll get our dishes!  That is really what I want more than anything!!  Justin want's the waffle maker.  On another note - how much are the Brad tickets and what is the date.  I'd love to see him...is he at Superpages again?

    Yes he will be at Super Pages. The lawn seats are $75 for the 4 pack.
