Try Overstock- that's where I bought some of my stuff for my BM's.  Another good spot is Kohl's.  Sometimes they have buy one get one free deals online.  I also hunted out Ross and Marshall's as well.  I picked up a pair of Nadri earrings at Ross for like $14.99 and they are gorgeous!HTH!

Also, another spot is Forever 21.  They don't have quality pieces, but it's worth a look!

Why not save money and have the BM wear their own jewelry. When I got jewelry as a BM I never wore it again after the wedding so I feel like the bride wasted money on it.

Put a custom request up on etsy.com with what you are looking for and how much you want to pay. There are soooo many great jewelry makers and you can get great deals. I had my cake topper custom made for $40!

I made my bridesmaids jewelry. I am not creative at all, but I am really good at following directions. I found some directions on the attached blog and the necklaces turned out great! It only took me about 10 mins each necklace and about $25 total. http://feathersnpearls.blogspot.com/2009/01/diy-pearl-necklaces.html

I'm personally a big fan of pearls - always classic and they never go out of style. I purchased my girls Honora pearl earrings from qvc. They came in a really cute pouch too.

I made my BP pearl and swarovski crystal necklaces and earrings, and the moms pearl bracelets- saved me a lot of money.  Definitely agree with PP- try etsy.com- I get a lot of great jewelry there!
