1. We are definitely closing tomorrow. DH is at the house right now doing a final walkthrough, mostly so we can have a plan of attack to get the house whipped into shape and move-in ready. We may not get the keys tomorrow as there was one doc that was pending from the lender that may not be there, and as a result our mortgage won't fund until Monday. That's okay. 2. This makes me happy for whatever reason but the bank that owns the house agreed to pay the extra $100 for the better home warranty. We got said warranty today. 3. I had totally forgotten about this, but because we used a program through our bank, we get an extra $950. This makes me happy.
