Hi Ladies! I'm new to this wedding thing and "board" stuff... So I'm apologizing up front if im doing this wrong! lol. My fiance and I are getting married June 5 2010 at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica (found a heck of a deal including the wedding $10500 for 2 weeks) and are doing a simple backyard reception here in Lake Orion once we return, this is super important since it is just him and I paying for the wedding & everything ourselves. I am trying to cut costs every corner I can since I was laid off in May and collecting unemployment (60% of my norm pay). We have decided to have a very laid back and fun casual reception. I am trying to collect different styles of vases, all of which I would like to be clear. I am using them as center pieces for tables. Something great is that we're not doing table numbers, we are using the idea of different cities in Jamaica as "table numbers". And in stead of decorating with flowers, we will be doing pineapples and fruits! As far as the vases go, if anyone is buying theirs would you mind donating/loaning them to me for my wedding? I was planning on giving them to another bride in the Detroit area for free if needed, but if you will simply loan them to me i would love to give them back to you that week. So far I have collected 13 from friends and family, I also created a listing on craigslist under items wanted. If you have any suggestions or vases you would like to donate/loan me I would really appreciate it!!! Thanks ladies!!! Jonna Rae
