renaissance white plains?

Ok...so has anyone ever stayed here After a wedding? Are they cool with people hanging out late, and us bringing drinks and stuff? Is it a nice hotel? We were looking into Rye Town Hotel, but the sales manager was not really nice, and apparently there is a conventino going on at the same time...so we are looking into other options. Thanks to all...

    my wedding party and oot guests are staying here for our wedding, and my fiance and i are staying on our wedding night as well.  they have a lounge that's really nice and open until 2am.  the hotel is gorgeous, rooms are very nice.  we've looked into others in the area (crowne plaza, new roc hotels) and liked this the best.  the people (melissa and michael) are also so nice and helpful to work with.  where is your wedding?  email me if you have any other questions!  art2ucc@gmail

    Hi Sajidov3...Thanks for your help. WE are getting married at Fountainhead in New Rochelle. What about you? Our situation is a little different b/c we are getting married on a Sunday so the lounge probably won't be open till 2am, but the woman I spoke with ( Berta I think was her name?) said that maybe they would keep bar open later depending... What shuttle service are you using? Also, are you doing a breakfast or something after or no? Thanks for all your help.

    We're getting married at the Surf Club on a Saturday in June.  We're still deciding on shuttles but Renaissance recommended Red Oak and so far they've given us the best rate.  When is your wedding?

    We booked the Hudson room at Renaissance for a Sunday breakfast - the room is gorgeous and the prices were very reasonable compared to other options in the area.

    i stayed at the rye town hilton for a work convention and was not impressed, esp consider the # of stars. it kind of smelled musty, the ac wasnt that great, and when I broke a coffee pot they didnt get up all the glass...
