I know this is always a cofusing subject! I know we apply for the marriage license in a county in which one of us lives. So both my fiance and I have lived in Wood county for the past year but are getting married in Lucas county. We lived in Lucas county all our lives up until this past year but we never registered to vote or anything like that in Wood county and we never changed our addresses on our drivers licenses. So are we considered Lucas county residents still? Would we still apply in Lucas county? I get really confused on this whole thing!
