Happy Hump day!  It's my first day back to work, so I won't be on all day (I'll miss you girls!) but I am totally ready to go back.  10 months exactly until my wedding!  I told FI on his way out the door for work this morning and he got that deer in headlights look.  LOL  I asked him what's wrong and he said, I'm not ready yet, not physically ready, I need to lose 30 pounds!  I'm like...you have 10 months....you'll be ok.  Anyhow, hope everyone has a great day!

    Good morning.  Yay for 10 months. I'm in early today because I had to drop DH off at the train to DC today.  But, on the bright side, since I was in early I'll be out of work early too!

    Good morning! Happy ten months! I'm meeting with my pastors tonight (at the Church Brew Works hehehe) to figure out ceremony stuff. This whole getting married thing is starting to feel real!

    Hi! You ladies must be up early! What time is it there? It is 2:30 PM here! Today has been good! We got our fingerprints this morning, and will take the driving test tomorrow. Although, there may not be any driving involved, if the bribery gifts work :-P Business is certainly funny here :-P Once Dave meets with some students, we will head home!

    Seriously Jennybee?!  I'm afraid to ask what kind of gifts you bribe them with!  Since you're in a far off land I imagine a chest of jewels and a goat.  :) I have lunch with team today, so that should be fun.  15 guys and hopefully the one woman besides me is able to go.Yay for 10 months girls!

    Well we have friends that went yesterday, and they did have to drive, and this was after the Personnel manager had a heated conversation with some people at the DMV. Actually, the bribery gift is a bunch of CMU-Q stuff (t-shirts, leather portfolios, etc). So I will keep you posted on if it works!

    Good luck on the driving test Jennybee!Good Morning everyone! Yay for 10 months!Today marks 10 days til my wedding, which means I hit single digits tomorrow. It is hard to believe the long journey is almost over. We paid off our rentals, wrote the check for the caterer and finalized a lot of our stuff. All we have left to do is to assemble our programs, buy the beer, and pay DJ, Photographer, and Linens until the week of the wedding. Only 3 more days left at work, counting today!

    Wow N - 10 days?!?! Where did the time go? So exciting!!!! Oh, and happy 10 months to you ladies. I remember when I had that much time left, I think that is when I started to panic :-P You ladies will be fine though!

    Hi everyone. Happy Hump Day! JBee- Wha?! That is crazy! I can't wait to hear what happens with the test and the bribes and all. Especially since Dave hasn't driven at all yet, right? You guys sure are living an adventure!!

    Morning....I am really dragging this morning.  And I'm not thrilled with how my day is shaping up already.  N - W00T!  :)  When does your family arrive?JBee - hope the gifts work!  If you do have to drive, it is on a course or on the road with other cars?

    Molly, it feels like an adventure every day! Today was fingerprints, and we got to use the VIP entrance, lol. KR - If we end up having to drive, it will be on the crazy roads of Doha, from my understanding. We have friends who went yesterday, and one person just drove around the block, while another one had to go into a roundabout. I have driven since last Wednesday, so I am not too concerned, but Dave has never driven here! So it will be fun. I will keep you guys posted :-)

    Good morning! FI told me last night there is a 99% chance he will be able to come home for labor day weekend. So I was worried for nothing.  Our luck he'll be that 1% that can't leave.Yay for 10 months and 10 days!

    Good morning.  I got some much wedding stuff done yesterday...whew...59 more days.  I meet with the florist tonight after work since I canceled my appt. with him yesterday!  Have a great day ladies~

    Good Morning ladies and Happy Hump! DH is meeting me after work for some Chinese food, then getting some of the plates we didn't get from BB&B. Yay!! We never go out to eat, so I am looking forward to it. :-) Jessi- hope you feel better! KR- hope you feel better as well, and that your day either gets better or goes quickly! Yay for 10 and 59 days Nuelsi and Cheryl!! :-) And 10 months for some other ladies!

    Good morning!I'm late to work today. Stupid DC traffic. It took me over an hour to go 8 miles, ugh :-/ At least the week is halfway done!Happy 10 months/10 days! So exciting :)

    JBee- what a freaking adventure!  I love it!  Good luck tomorrow!Jen (skyblue)- I don't know DC at all, but would you be able to get a bike and bike to work in the summer months to avoid some of the traffic?  I'm totally just assuming that DC is bike friendly, LOL.

    stace - There actually are tons of bike trails in the area, so I could probably find some sort of bike route if I wanted. The way I drive is definitely not bike friendly - its an extremely crowded 5 lane toll road :p My worry is that biking in the DC heat & humidity would leave me quite gross when I got to work, and we don't have showers here! I am changing offices in October and I will be even closer to home. Biking is something I will certainly look into then!

    Good Morning Ladies! When I lived in Arlington I would bike to work on occasion- and would then towel myself in the bathroom once I got there. lol- maybe only bike when its chilly out N- Your almost in single digits!!!  Thats crazy!! JBee- this whole bribery thing is crazy! it makes me wonder how much of that goes on around here- its just kept under the wraps. i'm thinking of taking a half day tomorrow to go dress shopping! Apparently Exquisite Bride has my 3 out of my top 4 dresses! I wanna see them all together!

    Kwynn- I'm with you on the bored thing I was totally motivated till I sat in the parking lot that is 65 this morning. (hour and a half to go what usually takes about 15 min)Construction traffic is a terrible thing when unexpected. And I think people need a class in merging!Happy 10months/10 days! So exciting!!I just found out that my MOH wants to come visit for Thanksgiving. which is very very exciting sinc eI havent seen her since Jan.

    A very, very late good morning from me- I had my foot MRI today and it took forever.Happy 10 months and happy 10 days!  JennyBee, I can't wait to hear more about this driving test.Kimberly, I really hope your FI gets to come home over Labor Day!  Long distance suuuucks.
