  Have you tried Etsy?  I'm sure that you if you find someone who does elbow lengths that they could possible do a custom order for opera length.  Just a thought.

  When I bought my prom dress there back in the day, The Winner in Sharon sold tons of gloves.  Might be worth a call to see if they have what you need.

  dream, that was a website I hadn't seen before, but still not quite it.   I am astonished how hard these are to find - I can't be that original and have dreamt them up!  lol.

  You're not kidding. Opera length gloves are easy to find as long as you like plain ones or fingerless ones, but hard to find embellished ones. These are nice: [URL]http://tinyurl.com/kp694b[/URL]Not embellished so much, but the buttons are nice.

  I liked those too, but who is going to see buttons, and will my bracelets stick to those.  Those are in my backup bin.

  yes, but not unrealistic.  I am going to call the Winner as soon as this ridiculously boring class ends - lol.  Maybe they have my solution!

  I know Molly mentioned having someone sew things onto a pair of plain ones but how about just getting some made? You could pick the fabric, and even get some exactly like your dress and take it to a place like Clarissa's on the southside (or any seamtess or tailor). I'm sure the seamstress could make them exactly how you want them! That way you aren't compromising what you are really looking for you know?
