I know we have the August weight loss challenge, but since we have so many Shred girls I thought we should do a Shred Challenge or a weekly Shred check-in. (since we seem to have daily posts on it, haha). Not sure how a challenge would work, but maybe a weekly check-in or something? Or we can just do a fitness check-in (for those non shred girls)? Or fitness buddy system?Thoughts?
