I just got off the phone with the business who was supposed to do our cake and grooms cake. We were supposed to have a tasting with them and the first one was canceled. I was told that, essentially they are probably not our best bet because they do more than what we are wanting and have bigger offers on the table for the day of our wedding. And she has a stand in party on our date that they hold every year. Then why tell me you are available? Seriously! We've been discussing this on and off since March!It could be worse but I feel very led on. I was speechless. Then why have you been telling me you can do just desserts only? "Well do you still want to do the tasting?" Uh, he!! NO! If I was ballsy enough I would have said yes and then not shown up.I haven't been this PO'd about something for awhile (aside from family drama). However, I told myself that if she canceled this tasting I was going to go elsewhere and now I don't have to worry about her canceling another one!
