Madison caterers?

Anyone have a caterer they'd recommend?  Looking for something with a bit more flair than just steak and a stuffed chicken breast.  Reception location is in downtown Madison.

    Try Viviani' Catering, i think they are based out of Middleton?  my fiance went to school with Rick's son and he catered his bachelor party last year and my fiance said it was just fabulous!  I would use them for my wedding, but i cant have an outside caterer :-(
