hello ladies!i am in the beginning phases of planning our shin-dig, but i already know that i want the event to be as earth friendly as possiblei also know that i'm working with a TIGHT budget so i'm gonna have to be creatively green!i can't wait to read more about your eco weddings and i thank you in advance for any advice and suggestions that you may provide me with in the future.

Just remember that one of the biggest things you can do to make your wedding eco-friendly is to buy things used, and then resell or donate them afterward--which is also budget-friendly. We got some of our wedding stuff from the Salvation Army. Some of it we bought used on eBay. Or when we couldn't find used things, we got things we could resell afterward. For example, we found stainless steel dinner forks for $1.49 a dozen. This was initially only a little more expensive than plastic forks. And we can sell them afterward, which both saves us money and avoids waste.
