Here's a tip from me, this helped me land my job (I was told...

). After each interview I had, I wrote a unique hand-written thank-you note to each person that I spoke with. In each one, I said something different, to let them know that I wasnt just sending them all the same verbiage, and to let them know I remembered something about them (e.g., my current boss and I wound up talking about country music for a while, because her phone rang once during the interview and it was a Keith Urban song, so I said something like, hope you enjoy Keith's new CD coming out soon!). Anyway I also reiterated all the reasons why I was a good fit for the job. After I got it, they said it really made me stand out from everyone else.
