Ah, yeah, not on any trance sites. Just some old dnb listservs. I tried to take baby bump pictures today, and I just look fat. That sucked. I hate those cute itty bitty girls who get a bump and look adorable. But other than that everything is pretty good, I'm not as sick all the time. Still not eating a normal diet yet though, I had waffles for dinner. Find out if it's a girl or boy on Oct 28th, picked out baby names for a both. Everyone hates our boy name, but they can shove it.

Laine, you look gorgeous!And yeah, if you like the name then they can take a hike. My mom says she refused to tell her family the names she had picked out for my brothers because when she was pregnant with me she told them her girl pick was "Gretchen" and they were like "What kind of name is THAT!?" (Wow, long sentence!)

Ok, yeah the dnb scene is kind of sad. All the big dnb heads I used to party with are either a red hot mess now or bitter and jaded. St. Louis is obsessed with shiity house. It's vomitous. Ok, names are:Mary Evelyn Xavier RayPete is really excited about the boy name because he believes our child will grow up to be a super hero named X-ray. All of the names are family names except for Xavier, I've wanted to name a boy that since I was about 8.

I like "old-fashioned" names like Mary. They are such a breath of fresh air these days and she'd thank you for it!Xavier is a cool name - I've never actually met anyone with the name IRL, but it's different! And LOL @ X-Ray!

I like the names. You're right, everyone who doesn't can just shove it. If my parents had another daughter they would have named her Mary Helen (family names). gg- my cousins name is Gretchen. I have always loved the name but I have some friends who don't like it...psh.

. My boss told me the other day she didn't show until she was 20 weeks. I've also had people tell me I must just be eating too much, or it's in my head. I actually lost 5 lbs between my 2nd month apt and my 3rd because of the nausea. I think I just have a complex about it now, and might physically hurt the next person who says "wow, you're only 3 months? Are you having twins?".

We'll call the girl Evelyn, but I really wanted Mary in there because it was my grandmothers name and she passed a month before I got pregnant. Evelyn Mary didn't sound quite right. I love the name Gretchen too, it was actually on our list.

Roxy - Well poo on them! I used to hate my name because it was different. I went to school with multiple Ashleys, Amandas, Kellys, Jessicas, Melissas, etc and I was always the only Gretchen. I could NEVER find my name on souvenirs when everyone else could. But now I love it because it's different and not as common.Laine - If you had stopped me on that street, shown me the pic, and asked me to guess how far along you were I would have said about 3 months. You don't look like you are 5 months or carrying twins - at least not from that photo!

Haha I'm an Amanda, but oddly I never had several in my class (just one other..and she was my friend). I like unique names or older sounding names...I would never think you look pregnant with twins or even 5 months along.

Aww, thanks, I feel a little better about it now. Pete's not a good reference point, because he's a) too sweet of a husband to ever suggest I don't look good and b) too smart to tell his pregnant wife she looks big when in slapping range. Gretchen, your mom should have punched whoever said that. Seriously. There was some post a few weeks ago where someone said I looked pregnant in my wedding pictures, if it was possible to biitchslap someone via the internet, I would have done it.

That shirt is really cute. I don't get what's wrong with people, I had a shirt I loved but someone assumed I was pregnant in it, and proceeded to tell me I really shouldn't smoke and drink. Umm, dude, not pregnant, and throwing out the shirt. Thanks.
