I had the same issue with Courtyard in Brighton. I guess I am lucky that Genoa Woods went out of business because otherwise I would be screwed! My reception is now at Cleary University, so I am using the Holiday Inn over by the outlet mall. They also have a complimentary shuttle (it only seats 6 though). Same rate ($99) but they have a hot breakfast too. Dawn (the manager) has been awesome to work with.
They overbooked for my wedding weekend too. I had 10 rooms blocked and their new manager who took over for Charles called to say I technically only had 2 rooms available because they overbooked. The crazy thing is that when my wedding coordinator talked to him about a month after that, he assured her everything was all set. She was quite surprised when I told her that he overbooked on me and we had switched hotels. He did offer to let me use their shuttle still though.
