Re: It's BUNCO BIITCHES!

  • DH and I just got back from the bar.  We went to watch the Eagles-Jets game, he gambled, we both had drinks and candy corn shots.. We hung out with our friends.  It was a good night.  Still waiting for Erika to show up to make all the work we did securing the boat worth our while.

  • oh.. my sister plays Bunco.. when it's her time to host she makes among other things an app my DH gave her. It's called a BLT. It's mayo and bacon bits (real not fake) stuffed into a cherry tomatoes topped with some sprouts.  It's time consuming but really good.

  • mocha - It's really good.  they make it for the boat from time to time.  It's always a hit.   tip - cut off  bottom of the tomato so it sits flat.  If you do not they roll every where.

  • Dig out the seeds I assume?
  • yes... use a melon scoop.. it's the easiest way.oh.. fold the mayo and bacon... do not use a blender or it will seperate the mayo.  DH will use the blender to chop the bacon, but then just folds in the mayo. It's really good.  People love them and ask for the recipe all the time.
