Trying to get this message out as much as possible so other brides have a better pre-wedding experience than my friend!
This store is a disaster. I can't say enough bad things about it. We ordered bridesmaids dresses months ago and even though the bride has been calling every week for the past month, the dresses are not here. The owner said two weeks ago that they would be here last week, then promised last week they would be here this week. When the bride called today and asked for the tracking number, the owner said she would just give a refund. After calling the manufacturer, the owner had NEVER RELEASED THE DRESSES!!! She lied numerous times to the bride (and two bridesmaids) by saying they were on their way. Then acted like a complete loon acting as if we were being unreasonable to wonder where the dresses were when the wedding is less than a month away...the manufacturer has been great and fixed everything (Jim Helm I think??) but if I could give negative stars to this store, I would.
