Where is everyone? I understand its almost 11pm EST on a sunday night but COME ON...Whats everyone up to, tell me something interesting you did this weekend?? Something. Say something.
I'm usually not on P&E alot but I'm here tonight piddling around with wedding stuff. FI and I just watched Tropic Thunder and I thought it was pretty dumb.
today is my 1st anniversary but DH was sick.. so I went out got drunk with some friends doing shots and stuff. I mean I wish DH was with me, but because he could not be, I'm glad I had good friends to hang out with.
What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests. Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
I got attacked by a whipped cream can wielding friend last night. It was humorous, and weird feeling.I'm picking out my future Harley bike. In about 3-5 years we should be able to pay cash for a pair, once the wedding is done and the two car payments are done with.
Hi!!! I went to my cousin's wedding yesterday. It was nice to see all of family that I haven't seen from Christmas.I'm bummed I just checked to see if it was ceach weather tomorrow- high 60s... ugh =/How are you?
I'm drinking some really awful, cheap wine while looking for fabric online and watching bridezillas. I've done nothing exciting all weekend and I dont mind .
Bombtones, your new sig pic is stuuuunning - I can't believe you could possibly still have 35lb to lose. Sorry, Nebb, my weekend was all family stuff. Nice but not interesting.
Today was kind of bland, I poked around online and made some headway on the housework. Yesterday, though, I went to the most amazing movie theatre ever. Arthouse theatre with real butter on the popcorn (which they layered!), fair trade chocolate bars, and leather couches and endtables instead of stiff plastic seats with cupholders. I'm totally in love.
Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284
Aww thanks guys! My grampy and dad just emailed me the pics from yesterday and I made FI come in the room to see them. I can't believe I wore a size 10 dress! It was tight when I bought it 2 months ago, but I finally fit in it with the help of some spanx. I hope I can get another wear out of it before it gets too big! *happy dance*
boo, I'm bummed to hear that Extract isn't that good. It doesn't look awesome, but I just want to like it anyways. Is anything else playing worth seeing?
FI and I are movie junkies, so I may be able to help with a few suggestions. District 9 was reallllllly good. But... I LOVED Inglourious Basterds. Favorite movie of the summer. Otherwise, nothing great has come out in the past few weeks.

Yeah today has sucked a lot. I'm watching Runaway Bride for the second time because i'm too lazy to change the channel (although i did for design star). And I think I'm getting a cold :(And bomb you do look super hot! You look great in purple, particularly when that purple shows off your boobies
Bomb, you look hot and I still love your hair.I'm here. We're watching Valkyrie and I'm finishing up my DIY escort cards and blogging about them. Good times.

I just realized now I should have checked the drive in schedule here - we just looked and SO many good movies are playing, and tonight is a 4 movie thing, so each screen (4 screens) has 4 movies playing. I cant beleive I didnt thnk of this until now!
Caco- I'm actually behind I just watched the one with the girl with the tattoed sleeve and red hair...for some reason they made me teary eyed...stupid pms!
Yea, I saw district 9- it was ok, but not as good as it was hyped up.FI just saw inglorious bastards without me the other day. grrr probably because he knows I would have been drolling the whole time.
I'm pretty much a lurker, but I'm here....lurking.I'm getting drunk off vodka and cranberry while finalizing our guest list. That's probably not a good combination. We were aiming for 75-100 guests. We're currently sitting at 175. Oops.
