i need color help!

I am getting married in the fall of 2010 and i want the outside of our venus to have pumpkins lanterns and fall type stuff...only problem is, since i was a child i always imagined and wanted PINK in my wedding. pink bridesmaid dresses and napkins...you know the deal...is there anyway i can work those two together or is it a lost cause?

It depends on the shade of pink. You could do a soft pink with deep burgundy and orange, or you could go to the other end of the spectrum and use more of a fuschia or raspberry pink. If I were you I would google some color inspiration boards, or look at the knot real weddings and see if anyone has done what you're thinking of before.

I don't see why you couldn't pull off a nice, elegant pink/orange fall wedding, with pumpkins included. But that's coming from a bride who had a pink/orange wedding, with asian accents included.

I'm having a pink and orange wedding in the fall- I'm not really incorporating the fall theme at all, but I don't see why you couldn't. It's your day, do what you want!

You can definitely work it in! I agree with the poster above me! I think if you do rustic orange, dark dark green and pink, it will come together beautifully!

You could also do white pumpkins and do pink and brown, or maybe olive green?Or maybe do more of a coral-y pink?

Yes definitely, I second EKobs. Thats a really nice idea. White pumpkins with chocolate brown and maybe a nice dusty rose pink color would look beautiful, and be really distinctive!

I love your idea of including pink in your wedding - I am a fan of going against the norm..I love the pp idea about white pumpkins but here is my suggestion..Dusty pinks with some raspberry and plum accents then incorporate copper tones and do glittered pumpkins like these in copper
