Renting a Piano?

Has anyone rented a piano for their wedding???  FI's brother is a great piano player and wants to play for us at our wedding but our (outdoor) venue has no piano.  We are also debating about having him play at the ceremony, reception or both.  FI thinks we can move the piano from one to the otherbut as they are in the same location and there will not be a break in between, I don't think it is feasible to be moving a piano amongst our sea of guests outdoors (unless we rent two, which I'm sure costs a fortune).  Also, he doesn't like to play on keyboards, so that's probably out.So, where did you rent your piano from?  What does it cost to rent?  Does this include tuning?  And if you're a piano expert, can you even move a piano from one place to another (across a gravel road)??

I'm not a piano expert of any sort (I played when I was younger, but really don't have any sort of special knowledge about them), but I would think that companies are not going to rent their pianos for anything outdoors because of the risk of rain/mud/etc.  Also, I would think that moving a piano would mess up the tuning and it would have to be retuned, so moving it between ceremony and reception wouldn't work.  But like I said, I don't actually have personal knowledge about that.  Does FI's brother have any piano knowledge he can impart? What about using a nice keyboard?  I know it's not the same as a piano, but I think it may be your only option.
