Beverage Napkins - Weird Question

Okay, so I'm trying to buy imprinted beverage napkins and I don't know how many to buy. The website suggests 2-3 napkins per person, but that seems like a lot (rouqhly 200 napkins). It also seems super wasteful. Any suggestions on how many to buy. I was thinking 100.

For a confirmed guest count of 67 and a possible guest count of 88, I would think 100 is more than enough. I've never been to a wedding where they ran out of beverage napkins. Not everyone takes one.

Ditto.  I bought mine from the knot when they went on sale and they look great.  I am only doing 100 beverage and 100 lunch for an est 50-80.  I plan on getting some regular ones in case we run out.

I think it depends on your bartender. If they're actively giving them to guests with drinks, that number goes up a lot quicker. In theory, they should be able to work with whatever number you decide to purchase and if they run out, then that's that. 100 sounds good to me!

Ditto pp about the bartender. You know what I'd do is mix in unpersonalized colored ones (e.g., if you're getting navy ones with your name and date, I'd mix in plain navy ones, too). It'll beef up the amount for just a few extra dollars vs. having the personalized ones and plain white ones.

I would say get 100 of the printed, and then maybe buy a package or two of regular (but pretty) napkins just in case so you are sure not to run out.

Hey, so I think it depends on where they are... We are doing custom at the cake table and for roughly 250-275 guests I got 250 - got them at Costco... For the "plain" solid brown ones I found this SUPER inexpensive website... PartyStuffCloseouts - I got a case of 600 solid brown napkins for 12.77... Then I even found an online coupon at retail me not for them!! I LOVE sales!!! Worth a look if you are doing any non custom...
