It really depends on the day of the week/month you want. It can really vary. I can tell you that The Manor and Il Tulipano are quite different in price. I checked out both, and the Manor was way less expensive, but Il Tulipano gets raves beyond raves. Highlawn pavillion... not sure of price, but they have a much smaller place than the other two.

congrats! One of my best friends, who is on the knot, got married at Il Tulipano in July.  It was an awesome wedding. The food was really good and the staff was awesome. I don't know price, but it really was a great wedding.  They really catered to us, as the bridal partyl

The Manor was around 89 without tax and gratuity for a Friday.

Congrats....I have been to 2 weddings at the Highlawn...one FANTASTIC and the other was the worst wedding I had ever been to and I am surprised because the Highlawn gets high reviews typically.  The view is unbeatable! Anyway, I believe they are on the pricier side, but I am not sure about a Sunday wedding should be cheaper.

I'm getting married at the Manor on 10.17.10 (Sunday). We orignially wanted 10.10.10 but the only room available a year ago for that date was the basement room. Not sure if its still open. We're paying about $90 pp before tax and gratuity. Highlawn has similar prices but its smaller.

I got pricing for a Sunday wedding at Highlawn - it was $89 per person and they seemed VERY willing to negotiate.  This was for an April/May wedding. The price for October is listed as $99 per person.  The room can only hold up to something like 150 people.

Congrats and welcome! I had gotten a price of $99/pp at the Highlawn and about $135/pp at Il Tulipano for a Friday in May. These prices were before tax and service charge. Good Luck!

Congrats! I know that IL Tulipano is a little pricier than the others  but they only do 1 wedding at a time as opposed to the other venues where they more. Good Luck!

If you're trying to get a good deal, I'd stay away from 10.10.10. It's a very popular date so your vendors will be less likely to negotiate.

Il Tulipano is 110 per person on a Sunday during April-November. They only do one wedding at a time. They've been great to work with and do a large tasting for all booked couples. I'm having mine there next year  Sunday 8/15... If you have any questions about it let me know!!
