Are any of you using hostesses? if so what are their duties and how many are you using?

    I am using hostesses. I have two of them. Checking the names on the guest list, handing out the programs and tissue packets, directing everyone to sign the guestbook, making sure the bathrooms at the church and the reception site has the supplies I provided to put in them, help packing up our gifts at the end,etc. My planner will be doing other things so I thought that I needed two extra hands to do the other small stuff.

    I'm having hostesses too. I will have three of them which will be my teenage cousin, my FI teenage sister and his teenage cousin. They will be responsible for doing whatever an usher will do for the ceremony.
