I am alone for dinner tonight so I think I'm just going to have a mixed bag. Steamed brocolli, basmati rice with chicken stock and veg with salad. Maybe some chick-on too.

I had some nachos earlier (just tortilla chips with melted cojack on them, yummm comfort food), but after reading sarah's post about cookies for breakfast, I might have to have cookies for lunch. Oreos so soaked in milk they just almost fall apart on the way to your mouth.

I had Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli and Wheat Thins. I'm going grocery shopping this evening, so hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm in an avacado mood, do I'll probably do a turkey and avacado sammich tomorrow.

I had a salad composed of a spring mix of greens, leftover pork tenderloin, red onions, grape tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.I love eating red onions for lunch because they are the gift that keeps on giving. I can still taste them now more than an hour later, and it sort of feels like I am still eating lunch.
