I'm done planning anything else for this wedding.I kinda had a meltdown last night.  I've asked for help time and time and time again. Not help with the wedding - help to ease my load around the house so that I don't have that AND the wedding stressing me out.  My communications have been ignored and I'm done.I'm done stressing.  I'm done planning.  HE can figure it all out.  I'LL be the one to just show up.

    Oh boy.  Want me to come over and do a load of laundry and put the dishes away and give the kids a bath?  Ok, the kids might be a little freaked out by that.

    Erin - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know if I can do ANYTHING.  Even if its the dishes, bathe and read to the kids, laundry, whatever.  I'm always here for you girl!  Don't even bat an eyelash, seriously.  I'm sending a huge hug to you sweetie!!

    Anyone have recommendations for a good home cleaning/maid service?  What about someone to do my laundry?

    I had this last week! LOLTired of doing it all! His response was that I stay home all day!!!! OH MY! I wanted to rip him apart!I sit and laugh at it now! Just relax, it'll come together, I PROMISE!

    It's not about the details being less/more important.  It's that I'm stressed out with a lot going on and he says he'll step up and help out in other ways and then doesn't. If I could suggest anything to newly engaged couples it would be - ELOPE.  Don't go through the stress of planning.  Just run off and get married while you haven't had the chance to make each other miserable with the stress.

    Hey Lady, Let me know if you need any help w anything. I totally understand how u feel. I am dealing w the same thing. Work, being a mother and planning this wedding that my Fi could not really care about any of the wedding details plus some other legal stuff (my father died on Christmas last yr and I am the oldest so I  have my 16yr old brother that my father had custody of) w my fathers estate and custody. But if you wanna go 4 a drink or need anything I am here. Andrea

    Someone needs to call me! I will help in any way I can! And in response to your "elope" suggestion- wait until the day actually gets here and then try and say that. Erin- I PROMISE this will all be worth it. Even if you have to smack Brad every day until he finally lends a hand... it will get here! Lov ya!!

    I have this same problem and meltdown this week haha. His response was that I only go to school so that makes it ok for me to have class 8-4 plus clinicals from 7-5 twice a week, plan everything plus cook clean and take care of the dogs. So, I feel you. Good luck Erin I'm sure it'll work out...you're so close to your big day :)

    Guys dont care....and they dont know. They dont have any idea how much time and work goes into planning everything. Just imagine if they had to plan everything!! Nothing would get done and they wouldnt be able to handle it! I am right there with you with the meltdowns and all.
