Ceremony Space in Boston?

I'm having a small wedding with ~60 guests at Mistral Restaurant in the Back Bay and we're still trying to decide where our wedding ceremony should be held. The parks in Boston won't allow you to set-up anything, so I'm afraid that will be hard on our older guests and I'd like to have seats. I wouldn't need much else beyond that. 

Do you know of any rooftops, indoor venues, etc. we could rent for 2 hours in Boston?

    We got married at Lindsey Chapel in Back Bay.  We didn't have a religious marriage, we hired a JP for a civil ceremony.  The chapel is small; we had ~85 guests and fit nicely.  It is pretty expensive though, IMO; over $2500 for our June/Saturday ceremony.

    Other spots to look into:
    Boston Public Library
    Villa Victoria Center for the Arts
    The South Garden at the Pru
    The Garden at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel
    Taj Hotel

    We're getting married at the Millennium Bostonian hotel which has a beautiful ballroom. The walls and ceiling are glass (like a greenhouse) so it feels very airy and modern. There's a pretty good view of Faneuil Hall and State House.

    I think it can be rented for ceremony only. Kimberly Findley is our coordinator and she's been great so far.
