Inexpensive DJ Recommendation?

The last couple of weeks have been VERY productive - thanks to all of you on the community board!  I have found inexpensive, but great vendors for the photography and the cake and got them booked.  I have saved a few bucks along the way...so I think I can now afford a DJ!  I remember reading a few posts on DJs, but can't seem to find them now.  Any thoughts on inexpensive DJs?  Ideally less than $400-500?

We are using VP DJ's based on a few previous Knottie recs.  Their names are Chris and Pete and you can email them at vpdjservice@hotmail.com for more information. They do lighting, MC, etc.  We are paying $450 for 4 hours.  They have been great so far!  GL!

Check out James Nipper (DJ Victim)--he starts at $250. He won't do the cheesy stuff (even if you want it), and he did a great job at our wedding.
