you're not crazy at all. it seems like everyone and their mom on my local is getting married this month or has gotten married, and I am in a "i just wanna be married" mood. i am so excited about the day, but when i think about all the fun after wedding stuff (kids, house, life, etc), all the other wedding details seem to pale in comparison. but, if you think about it, it seems like we are looking forward to marriage more than the wedding, which is definitely a good thing.

I think everybody goes thru this phase at some point in the wedding planning process because the details of it all is so overwhelming. I get like that sometimes still and we have all of our wedding planning done except for a task or two. So you are declared officially sane lol. It is a passing phase. I am glad that you are back on track.

Not crazy at all. It's sort of mind numbing to always think about your wedding, there is life before and after wedding. Your mind just took a vacation from wedding stuff, it's ok to veg out ever so often.

Totally normal.  I hope it is, because I'm going through it now myself.  It's comforting to see that someone else is too.  I'm like you.  I just want to get married already.  I'm so annoyed with reading contracts and crap.  I'm overwhelmed, I just think we need a break.  I think that it's cool that you are focused on life after marriage.  That's the important stuff!  So, just know that you are not alone.

I went thorough the same thing. I didn't even want to think about the wedding and got fed up with all the planning. We all go through it at one point or another. You totally normal. you just needed some planning down time. And sometimes it's hard to focus with so much other stuff on the horizon. Just remember this should be fun and try to enjoy this moment in time.

I am feeling the same way girlfriend. I'm ready these next three weeks to come and go so we can get on with being husband and wife, and get back to our everyday lives. The thing is our AHR is two weeks later so it really won't be over over until October 31st.  I love him and can't wait to be his wife, but I keep thinking about how I'd rather be at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. LOL

No it's totally normal, I am going through it now too--I started working a month ago, just moved into a new place a month ago, and fi moved in a month ago (can you see a pattern here)!  Now that I am feeling a bit more settled, I think I can start planning again.  Like other pp's have said, we all go through it.  Just don't let this process stress you out too much, it's supposed to be a fun time.

totally normal! I did alot of planning this past summer and now that school has started I have no time to do anything. Get a planner and let them deal with it. I think its so much easier that way especially if you don't have time.
