Hey! Cleaning today eh? I need to do that. Oh work is ok. I found myself having to do someone else's job this morning because apparently they didn't do it yesterday, but it has to be done by Monday. I work with people that lack common sense lol I'm all alone in here today, so that's a plus. How are things going with you?

We're having some people over for the football games on Sunday so I have to clean the house. Sorry you have to do other people's work. I hate when people can't do their own work and it gets pawned off on others. At least you're there alone so you can play on the internet today!

We're in Vanuatu, which is an island in the south pacific. Gorgeous place. If you've ever heard of Fiji or Tahiti, it's fairly close- and apparently rather similar. Amoro, I have more pictures coming soon! I have a slideshow actually- our photog gave it to us today and it is totally gorgeous (thanks modesty!), but I'm waiting until our photog blogs our pictures to share that way (the slide show has my old surname and new one in it, so maybe not the best idea of here). And still more to come from my photog, which is so very exciting. And how thrilling- only a month left for you! Soon we'll be oohing and ahhing over your pics!

I'm here! Lots of Roman art to read and write about today, and I have to write a short article response and also a presentation on the civic forum in Pompeii. I'm hoping to get it all done by 3:30 or so, because I'd like to see The Informant at our little town theater. We'll see how it works out.

I don't know if I can handle any more Rome than I'm already getting. :)I'm taking my minor exam on Roman art in December, and to study for it I'm taking a course this semester on the social history of Roman art. I'm supposed to be doing all the work for that class in addition to reading all the material that isn't on the course syllabus but is on my exam syllabus.... so far it's not working so well.

I wish I had the talent to DIY, but I know what ever I did would end up looking like my 4 year old did it. I got an X in cutting and pasting in 1st grade and I never really overcame it.
