Speaking of tuxes...

Is anybody going to the open house Folchi's is doing on Tuesday night this week?I already know we want to use Folchi's (we haven't picked anything out yet though), but they are giving away some free tuxes and reducing the registration fee, so I figure that's even better.  Hopefully that will be one more check I have on Tuesday night!!

I was thinking about going. This may be a stupid question, but what is the registration fee? They only time we have a rented a tux for FI was for prom 8 years ago. I just remember paying a rental charge. Is it different for weddings? Thanks!

When we booked Folchi's, we had to pay them $25 to set up our wedding party and pick out tuxes, and have FI fitted. I am very happy we decided to go with Folchi's. We went to another tux store and I absolutely wasn't close to happy with how the tuxes fit, and they were going to be another 30-40 bucks more a piece.

They have the registration fee for weddings to basically set up the group.  Typically the groom gets his tux free and all the bride and groom pay is that registration fee.  I think they do the groom's free with 4 rentals.

Check out Peppe Ramundo's too if you haven't decided! Meeting Peppe was the highlight of my wedding planning. Seriously.

Wow, really, a registering fee? Why? When the bride orders her dress she doesn't have to pay to get measured, why should the groom or anyone else have to pay for "getting set up"? I'm sorry, but that's way up there on my crap-o-meter. I guess that's another wedding related rip off I didn't budget for. Wow.
