Ken Stillman - Has anyone heard from him

Hi girls,  I was just wondering if anyone has heard from Ken Stillman lately.  I was married Oct of last year and received an email from him back in July saying that our video was done and that it should be shipped to us within 2 weeks.  Since then I havent heard anything back from him.  I left numerous voicemail messages (at least 4) and also sent several emails.  I havent received any call backs or emails.  Any suggestions?

    I heard from him in early September. He said he was very sick over the summer and was causing him to be backed up.

    He's always very prompt getting back to me....If he said it was shipped I would try calling and emailing just to make sure it didn't get lost.  If he told you that in July and it's now Oct I'd be worried, especially since he said it was done already. You can always get him on Facebook!

    Yes thats why Im getting nervous since it was a few months ago that he said he was going to mail it out and everytime I call and leave a message or an email he has never responded.  I didnt know he had a facebook.  I will have to try that.

    Has it been posted on his website or blog yet? I haven't heard from him recently and I got married last August. So even if yours is done, maybe he's trying to get them to brides in order.I've been pretty laid back and haven't called or emailed him. I know he had some setbacks and I've been trying to patient. But if you had come on in July saying you had received your video already, he probably would've had me and several brides filling up his voicemail.Sorry if that's not helpful, but I don't really have any suggestions.
    I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz

    I did communicate with him since my July 08 wedding, but I have not heard from him since July 09. I do have a video, but I am waiting for some follow up information / items.I, too, have tried to be patient.

    Normally I find him good at communicating but I'm waiting for him to respond to emails too.  We still haven't recieved our photo montage photos back and he told us over a month ago he was mailing them out that week.  Guess we're all in the same boat.

    I just checked his facebook...it seems he was in at a convention for a while and just got back so he might be catching up on emails

    I received an email from him yesterday afternoon saying that he was shipping mine out today.  Hopefully that is correct.

    Married Aug 08 still waiting for the video. His wife contacted us a few months ago asking us for our song pick. We told them to go ahead and pick a song they thought would fit.. a month later Ken called saying he was waiting for our song pick... again we told him to pick whatever he wanted.. that was months ago... kinda crazy. Family and friends ask every few weeks if we've received the video yet, and its pretty annoying to keep telling them no.

    I know I feel the same way when people ask me.  When I talked to him Monday he said he was shipping it Tuesday and that it usually comes in one day and that I should have it by Wed...today is over and I never received it.  Hopefully it will come tomorrow.  I hope it was shipped like he said!!

    I think we all feel that way when we get asked. And, I'm not trying to come across as a biitch but I have more sympathy for the other August bride than I do for the Oct bride. Look on the bright side, there's still a chance you may get your video before your 1st anniversary.

    I am in the same boat- my husband and I were married on July 4th, 2008 and we have still not recieved our video. The last I heard from him was on August 10th, when he said that my video would be shipping within the next few days. I have e-mailed him several times since and have not heard anything back. Like the rest of you, I have tried very hard to be patient, but it's running out. We are well past our first anniversary at this point, and as such, payment for his services have been paid in full for well over a year. I am sorry to hear that he had been ill over the summer, but if that was the case, I would be more sympathetic to his situation had he explained it that way instead of continuing to put me off. Like I continue to tell people, I still remain very pleased with his staff the day of our wedding- they were friendly, professional, extremely nice, WONDERFUL with the many little kids at our wedding, and were unobtrusive to our guests. Our BIG video show is worth every penny, our guests LOVELOVELOVED it, and we watch it all the time! And not just because it's the only video we have- we really love it! My sister used KSV for her Feb. 09 wedding and recieved her video in Nov, but that's 9 months compared to my 15 months and counting, and I'm frustrated! My husband and I are expecting a baby, and at this point, I'll gestate a HUMAN BEING before I get this video!!! Woo!!! Thanks for letting me rant!! :-) Good luck to everyone!!!

    I agree with the above post!  I thought he was great to work with and get in contact with throughout the whole planning but now I am getting increasingly inpatient.  My husband and I held up our end of the bargain by paying in full before the wedding, but I feel that he is not holding up his by not getting out video to us in a timely fashion.  We were told we would have it by our 1st anniversary, which is not happening.  And the thing that aggrivates me even more is the fact that I can NEVER get any response to my emails for voicemail messages.  Or when I do he says it is being mailed the next day and I never receive anything.  I too am pregnant and feel the same as the above poster that my child will be here before my wedding video.
