The DIY board is very helpful.  Those girls are amazing and I have seen some beautiful invitations over there!I'm not crafty so I used Etsy for my invitations.  Vistaprint is great for STD's.  For your invitations, decide on whether you want to do a panel, pocketfold, etc. and then you can start pricing your supplies.  Some girls also get kits from Michael's and then just add to them, dress them up, etc. and that's also a good route to go.

A friend of mine recreated an invitation I found from somewhere- couldn't tell you where I found it. I had cards and pockets print the STDs and Vistaprint do my Thank Yous. Pics in Bio. Cards and pockets were super reasonable for color printing and metallic paper- and super nice!!! Working on invitations right now. I just bought a laser printer- so running my envelopes through there instead of paying a calligrapher (would have cost me about the same), as well as, programs, etc. HTH!
