    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had?  Senior year in HS, I was part of a big group of kids that dressed up for Rocky Horror.  It was awesome! 2) Will you dress up this year? Probably.3) If so, what will you be? The DH and I will probably be what we were going to be last year - Penelope and Dr. Reed from Criminal Minds.  I know it's not a real 'couple' costume, but he kinda looks like nerdy Dr. Reed and I can rock Penelope like no one's business.4) Will DH/FI dress up with you? ahh... see above? lol

    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had? Cleopatra when I was in 4th grade. Though our emperor and empress costumes from last year rocked too.2) Will you dress up this year? Yep, hopefully a different costume though than the past 2 years.3) If so, what will you be? No clue yet...I will be stalking your answers!4) Will DH/FI dress up with you? Absolutely...we basically act like we're still kids when it comes to Halloween, haha!

    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had?I was Wonder Woman one year--my first Halloween "skinny".  It was awesome.2) Will you dress up this year?Absolutely!3) If so, what will you be?(These will make sense when you see below). We've narrowed it down to: A Deal or No Deal Case girl, A cadaver (ripped prom dress, one shoe, incision scars) or a housewife cleaning the house--this one has a bucket so i'd have a place to hold our beer! 4) Will DH/FI dress up with you?Yes, he'll either be Howie Mandel (hence the case girl), a coroner (hence cadaver) or Mr. Clean (hence the, well you get it)Yea!

    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had? My BatGirl costume. E was Wolverine that year.2) Will you dress up this year? We normally do, but we just found out the E's office Halloween Party is the same night that I have an event to work (a non-costume event). So, no party to go to this year. I am so super duper bummed. 3) If so, what will you be? Rub it in, why don't cha4) Will DH/FI dress up with you? Yes, we usually do "couple" costumes. Last year he was Dexter and I was a dead person (with a cut on my cheek per Dexter's MO).

N - I loveeeee the Dexter idea! it would be so easy! As long as he had on his 'killing shirt' - i.e. a long flannel shirt and an apron, you would be good to go.  I love it!

    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had?  Hmm, good question.  We always had fun Halloween costumes growing up...my brother and I often had themed ones, like cowboy and indian, thing one and thing two, etc.  2) Will you dress up this year?  We'll be in New York for the marathon the next day, so no.  :(  And no passing out candy, which is my favorite part...I love seeing all the kids in my neighborhood!  Grrr!3) If so, what will you be?  n/a4) Will DH/FI dress up with you?  Nope

    1) What was your favorite costume you've ever had?Last year I was Titania from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and I really liked that costume.  My Cleopatra costume from a few years ago was another favorite.  From childhood, my grandma once made me a costume of a "unicorn rider"- it had an entire unicorn body that I would step into and then a costume part that I would wear... LOL, I loved it!2) Will you dress up this year?YES!  I love Halloween and any excuse to be in a costume!3) If so, what will you be?I'm deciding between a couple things for now- either Poison Ivy, Sailor Moon, or Jem (from the Holograms).4) Will DH/FI dress up with you?He will dress up but we will not do a couple's costume.

LaFemme--a friend of mine was Jem last year.  She was so hot pink and glittery, it was hard to take her seriously while she was at work.  :)

Oh my gosh Jenn, it's like a life goal for me to go to Rocky Horror all dressed up with other people who also love the movie and play a character.  I would totally be Columbia :)

It was such a blast.  I was 'Eddie' - hahaha.  There was probably 10 or 11 of us.  And since we were all seniors, our HS did a parade around the school and we had an old school boom box with the soundtrack playing.  And I had to push AND dance Dr. Scott around... haha.  It was awesome!

Jenn, you lived my dream.  Jealous! When I was little, JEM was my favorite show but I was convinced it was actually "Jen and the Holograms."  Um, I own the first two seasons in a DVD box set.  I hope your DH appreciates his rockin initials :)

N, I had those too!  I had a Pizzazz doll with totally sweet neon green hair.  They were like a couple inches bigger than regular Barbies and they never could fit into the Barbie clothes- this frustrated me as a child :)

yes!  And the doll's feet were HUGE compared to Barbie!  Although this made it harder to lose Jem's shoes.  I don't think I had a matching pair of Barbie shoes for longer than a week.

I had the same problem, but not with Jem dolls. Somehow I had a Marie Osmond doll and the Barbie stuff wouldn't fit her either :( Her feet were HUGE too.
