  • 1. Favorite items to sleep in. - I love really dumb flannel pants/t-shirt sets, a la Aeropostale. I also have some not super sexy but not grandma style nightgowns from Target. They WERE winter/summer stuff.2. Items slept in most often. - Underpants.3. Do you have different things for different seasons. - I did, till I moved to AZ and starting sharing a bed with Buddy. One, it's hot. Two, he's an encroacher and makes my jammers bunch up on me in the night. I actually put pajamas on when I get up in the morning. Pink flannel pants with squirrels on them, or gap sweatpants. I love Gap and Aeropostale sweats.
On bed rest since Groundhog's Day and every day since has been exactly the same.

  • 1.  Victorias Secret 2-piece jammies.  DH hates them. 2.  t-shirt 3.  Yes, because it gets too freakin cold not to wear pants in the winter.

  • 1. oversized super-soft t-shirt of FI's 2. wear nothing or wear a loose silky nightie3. yep.  I'm in South Dakota.  When it's negative 40 degrees outside, I will NOT be sleeping naked.
  • 1.  Matt is really tall, 6'4", so his wife beaters and T-shirts are really long, I'm 5'8"ish, and I can wear them as night shirts.  So comfy2.  Since Matt sucks and gets snotty when i steal his stuff, I've found alternatives.  WalMart has pj pants and tanks for dirt cheap, you can usually get a whole set for $10.  So usually I sleep in that stuff.3.  Yes.  I have short shorts and capris in thin materials for summer, with tanks and flannel pants with short or long sleeve Ts for winter.  It gets hot in here though in the winte, the sun beats down and heats the place up even when its 20 degrees, so I keep a lot of shorts handy.
  • I wear tanktops under everything (I like double layers), and I generally sleep in whatever tanktop I wore that day and my underwear. I cant stand wearing pants because my legs feel tangled in the sheets. This is all year round.
  • 1. FI's thin concert t-shirt from when he was 15 and flannel PJ pants.2. See above!3. Surprisingly, not really. I'm always cold at night, so I just add extra blankets during the winter. FI gets hot easily, so we have around 5 blankets/quilts on the bed that are just folded over double onto my side!
  • 1. tank top and pj shorts 2. same 3. nope.  We do not have seasons.

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
  • 1 and 2.  Slippy slidey silky nylon pjs with a top and bottom for extreme ease is turning over.3.  Yes.  January and February are surprisingly cold here and my DH has some allergies that kick up when we use the heat.  So we bundle up for sleeping in the winter.
  • I was actually going to ask if people wore underwear to bed, but it seemed too personal.  My friend and I were discussing it the other day.  We think people who DON'T wear underwear to bed are strange.  Have tohave on regular, brief/bikini style.  Or boy shorts under a T or tank.  Otherwise I don't sleep well.
  • 1. and 2.  Victoria's Secret sweatpants and a tee.3. When it's warmer I sleep in a tank and shorts or gauchos. Or underwear if it's super hot. We don't have AC.
  • underwear... full bum with a t-shirt.

  • None.  Ever.  If I try, they somehow wind up on the floor by morning.  It's been this way since I was a kid.  I don't know why.

  • 1. Sports bra and underwear 2. Sports bra and underwear 3. Occasionally in the winter I will sleep with pants on or a shirt on--but rarely, if ever. It always gets bunched up and ends up on the floor by the morning.

  • 1. Cami tops and boy short undies2. See above. =)3. Yes -- i wear long sleeved fitted tees and Old Navy, GAP, etc. sleep shorts when it gets colder.** I never with anything on my legs, such as pj pants, can't stand it!
  • Wow, a lot of nudists out there! ;)I've always liked to be very warm when I sleep--I just recently learned to sleep without socks on.
  • 1. Nada 2. Nada 3. Nope -- we're in the buff summer and winter. Ironically, when I was single and lived by myself I almost always slept in sexy short nightgowns. The only time either of us wears anything to sleep in now is if we're at someone else's house or are sick (then it's typically sweats).
  • NEVER  any underwear to bed.  My mom told me when I was little that you had to air it out at night.
  • I used to sleep with pj's, but at some point I decided I was sick of them getting tangled up and tried the sans pj's thing.  Much better to sleep in.
  • 1) Tank top and thin pj pants 2) Tank top and any sweat pants 3) For sure, Michigan is cold in the winter, so usually I end up with sweat pants and long sleeve shirt
  • 1. Tee from FI's workplace and pajama pants, either cotton like dress shirt or thicker cotton(like knit). 2. See above. 3. Oh yeah. We live in Iowa, in an old house, and it's cold in the winter. I sleep in flannel pajamas or thicker knit cotton or thermals. And socks. Sometimes socks in the summer, especially if I'm moisturizing my feet. They're perpetually cold. Occasionally, I'll sleep in a cotton knee length nightie, or one of those stretch knit nighties like they have at Target - the Gillian O'Malley things. I hate satin stuff, and the ones with designated boob areas besides aforementioned ones are just stupid on me - boobs are too big/saggy (TMI, I know).

  • 1. This really granny-ish floral night dress2. Panties3. Nope...duvets and hot water bottles keep me warm in the winter
  • T shirt and underpants I wore that day. Year round. In winter I just add more blankets. Can't stand it when my pajamas fold under me.

  • 1. H's tee shirts2. H's tee shirts3. NopeMy grandmother is super old school and a little eccentric about fashion. We stay at her place when we visit my hometown and she hates that I wear H's tee shirts and cotton pajama pants to bed, so for christmas she bought me about 8 gowns. Full length silk & satin gowns, with matching robes. There were rhinestones involved. Now I have to wear those when we stay with her. H thinks it's hilarious.

  • Every time I've ever tried to sleep naked, I always end up getting up in the middle of the night, stumbling around half asleep looking for pjs, and getting very clumsily dressed. =)
