Up untill just a few minutes ago i was assuming i was going the The Orphans court on Bristol Road to get my marriage license. But when i called to make sure they were open on monday, they asked what county i live in an then told me they no longer do license's for phila residents. SO my question is where can i got to in phila?? does it have to be in center city? TIA
