Kaye Photography / Two Guys and Some Cameras / E-pics?

Has anyone had any experience with Kaye Photography?  They're out of Plymouth, WI, and if the rates on their site are still in effect, they are EXTREMELY affordable - but it also makes me wonder what they're like to work with, etc.  I do like the pics that are up on the site, though. As for Two Guys and Some Cameras, they're pretty much my only other option for photography; they're willing to give us a lower rate for less time than their basic package which is nice, but they are still more expensive than Kaye Photography.  If anyone has used Two Guys, which photographer did you work with?  What kind of direction did they give?  Same questions for those who have used Kaye. Also, how important are getting E-pics?  We weren't planning on getting them, but if we don't, I'm worried about showing up for my wedding only to have a photographer we don't mesh with. :\

I met Two guys at a Bridal show a few months ago and was completely unimpressed. The "guys" were not very friendly or willing to listen, and the photo albums they had for examples were very Sears Portrait Studio, if you know what I mean. We are using Ken's Digital Photography. The prices might not be the same but the pictures he had from other weddings were amazing. Personally, photos were at the top of my priority/budget list over other parts of the wedding. If that is not your case, wait for a bridal show and get a "show special" from another vendor. There are dozens of photographers at those things and they will all offer something to get your business. -L. J.

Most photogs travel. You don't need to stick with what is in your area. DH and I got e-pics at JCP. It was just to satisfy the parents. If you like the samples and personality I think you are fine skipping them.

I just used Two Guys and Some Camera's for my wedding this weekend and I thought they were amazing.  I worked with both Neal Kreuser and Ben Stanley.  They were easy going and fun!  We did not get engagment pictures but had gallery cards made.  Neal met with us on a Sunday afternoon and just took a few photos for the gallery cards.  During my wedding, they gave us a few directions but not too much where we couldn't be ourselves.  They were always there to capture the moment!I best thing to is to meet with Two Guys and see if their style and what they have to offer fits your needs.  Tell them what is important to you and your FI.  One that was very important to me was the rights to the photos so I can make my own copies.  Hope this helps in your decision making process!

We've looked at Adam Shea and Rachel Buckley--both are out of the Fox Valley and were willing to travel to our Milwaukee wedding, so I'm sure they . So far I've been really impressed with both of them, and they're package prices are only about 60% as much as the two Milwaukee photographers I've looked at. Hope this helps.
