I wasn't impressed at all. The George thing was anticlimactic and I'm not too sure I like the direction some of the characters are going. Izzy is obnoxious. I have a feeling that Arizona will be getting quite a bit of time this season.

I was really hoping for the elevator scene again (the one where Izzy was on it and George was on the other side-from the finale) just to kind of make the beginning really seamless. I'm ok with Mer and Der. It seems like they're really happy. But for the love of God, go to the JP and REALLY get married. Post its do not count. For some reason, I'm over Callie and I hate that they're merging Mercy West with Seattle Grace. I mean, seriously, why?? Webber needs to get control of himself. He's irritating me with his stubborn pig-headedness. Izzie..oh, Izzie...I just don't know. I was more annoyed at Alex for basically ignoring her...but at the same time, I see where he was coming from. I think he delivered his little speech to her extremely well. I think that was a great point in the show. Bailey was Bailey and I loved it. And I just don't feel the connection with Yang and Hunt. I don't know what it is...but I just don't see it. I still miss Burke. I'm not gonna lie.

I knew what was going to happen but I would have really preferred that Izzie die and George stay. I'm not a big fan of Katherine anymore, which leaks onto my dislike of Izzie.The show wasn't anything spectacular. It does have me curious who might be 'cut' due to the merge...haven't heard any spoilers on it so I'm thinking no one. Yes Richard was a butt. I don't get the connection between Cristina and Hunt. I saw a rerun with Burke in it yesterday; it was a little sad

It didn't keep my attention. I am interested to see if anyone gets laid off, though. Do any of you watch Private Practice? I'm looking forward to that next week, hopefully it doesn't disappoint as well.

I watched the first season of Private Practice...but it just didn't keep my attention. I love Kate Walsh, but I miss her on Greys. Though, I didn't like when she came back last season to help her brother who had flippin' worms in his brain! How effing crazy is the stuff they come up with???

I have to admit I was glad that I watched the Office and Community and then was able to watch Grey's on the DVR. The red headed chick who didn't even know George was kinda annoying with all the tears. I also would like things to be spiced up a little with the merger of the two hospitals. I almost wondered if Arizona may start to get feelings for Derrick? I mean Meredith will be going "away" for her maternity leave and that Post it marriage isn't real. I think some of the things coming out of Yang's mouth were a little much, and sad that it took sleeping with Owen for her to really come to terms with George's death, but I guess everyone deals with grief in their own way.

Overall I liked it because I wasn't in the mood for crying and nothing in the episode struck me hard. And I agree with Lauren about Yang having sex and then realizing that George died. That was just weird and they could have done without. But maybe they will elaborate more on it next week and it might not be as weird. It was sort of funny because I had no idea that it was going to be 2 hours. It sucks being out here because I don't have DVR or anything but the stupid tv guide channel. If the remote was actually in my reach, I would have changed the channel before the second hour came on and would have missed it all.

I don't watch Grey's but Mariah's brain worms comment made me laugh. It reminds me of "One Life to Live" when they went on the spaceship back in time to the Old West--just completely out there. I hope it gets better for you girls though. :-)
