So a few days I posted about how Mike and I put our condo on the market - mostly because i want to have our casual AHR in our new townhouse... and I was thinking it would take months to sell because we priced it pretty high....well... some of you lovely ladies sent some vibes.... and... it's freaky good. We accepted an offer yesterday - the third day our place was on the market. I am still in disbelief, and a little freaked out. I was sooo not planning on moving and all this stuff in Nov. I'm a little scared - but getting quite excited. So thank you ladies!! You are so so so very powerful!!
