Not sure where to look...

My grandmother is making our wedding cake (tradition in our family). She has told me to start looking for cake flavors, fillings, etc., but I'm not sure where to begin looking. Anyone have any ideas on recipes and/or websites with ideas? p.s.- no raspberry (dont want hives on the wedding day! haha)Thanks ladies!

    One of my favorite bakers is Ms Gale Gand http://www.galegand.com/ and all of her recipes turn out so well! I would check out some of her recipes and have your grandma try them out. I would also recommend that your grandma check out her local baking supply store and ask the ladies (or men) that work there. I just started working with fondant and my local store was so helpful!

    The last Martha Stewart Weddings mag I got had 3 cake recipes. Try her website, magazine, or Weddings book maybe.
