Hi, We are doing heavy appetizers for 50 people and paying roughly $20 per person for Antipasto Kabobs, Teriyaki Chicken Satay, Gourmet Mini Sliders, Crab stuffed mushrooms, spreads and dips tray and a fruit platter. I hope this helps.
We're doing: Spinach/Artichoke DipChicken QuesadillasMini SlideersCrab CakesShrimp CocktailPizza Puffs Approx. 30 people and it came to roughly $600. When I asked they said that it comes out to about 2.25 pieces of each item per guest.....so it'd be about 14 pieces of food per guest.
