Sorry this is so long, but I don't know what to do. The girl that's supposed to be doing my hair for the wedding is a friend of my SIL, and her husband went to high school with my brother and I. She's offered me a really good price for me and my BMs- she'll do my hair for $75 (including trial) and anyone else who wants theirs done for $40. She's seems nice- I've met her a couple times, and she offered to do my hair the last time we met face-to-face.The problem is that she is totally unreachable. I've been trying to talk to her for over a month. The only communication I've had with her has been through my SIL- that's the only reason I know what she is going to charge me. I don't think I've been going overboard with leaving her messages- I've been trying to call once a week or so, and I try to let her know what my schedule is so that she'll be able to get hold of me at both of our conveniences. I have heard nothing, and since the wedding is less than a month away I'm getting antsy. My SIL basically told me today that I may want to start looking elsewhere, and just said she didn't know how trustworthy she was. I don't know if she's got a lot going on personally or what, but I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I just wish she would tell me if she's not able to do it or just doesn't want to. Any opinions on how to proceed? Thanks for your thoughts!
