I must say ladies that I love this board. I was on a few others today and the questions are crazy! The planning and etiquette board had a post on the death penalty and organ donation, another boards had a bride whining b/c she and FI weren't invited to his friends wedding until today...the day of the wedding. Are you kidding me?I am so glad we are intelligent, caring, kind, MATURE AA women that have no problem sharing ideas, laughs, and ways to please our men (LOL). I think I'll spike my sweet tea and have a drink to "sisters"!!

    Lovie... girl lol.. you are so right. I am glad we AA women can have some place to go to share ideas, thoughts and even vent here and there. The other boards are sometimes way off the subject of that board. Pour a little out for the sisters who are not engaged or married yet.....lmol!!!

    Lovie, you know what? It is like a sisterhood on this board. I have gotten close with quite a few of the ladies on this board. It is beautiful to see that we keep it classy mature and real here and still have love for each other in the end. This is why I stay posted up on this board.*drinking a nice cocktail, cooking and knotting at the same time* I don't wanna waste no liquor so I will pour out a lil kool aid instead, is that cool? lol

    mrs.clinton'sfirstlady, I feel you on that.  Alcohol is expensive! LOL.  Pour a lil' kool aid out for me sista.  Lovie...I was going to post the same thing today.  I was just thinking about how great it is that the most supportive and helpful board that's on the knot boards is aaw.  I love it!

    Lovie 129 I love this board too! I think you ladies are awesome! I've learned so much from you ladies. I appreciate the fact that we up lift eachother.Thanks for being my other sista's! :)No alcohol for me today so I'll pour out a lil of my seet tea...just a lil though...LOL

    @ Lovie, you better know it is red and it is the ghetto kind. My kids don't drink nothing less than the best lol. But we dont have any oranges. Didnt buy any this time when I went to the store. Maybe I will be get some when I go this weekend.

    I am really glad that I found this board too. I didn't realize that I could find virtual friends but I feel like I have. All of you women are supportive and I can tell that you are truly loving. Thank You!!!

    i agree with all you ladies... its a shame i feel i have more friends online than off... LMAO...i may even get to bond with some of you local ladies  (i.e. khaligumbs)...lol ALL u ladies are very supportive, funny, and real. It unfortunately i am usually surrounded by chick who are looking for my down fall. it so refreshing to come in contact with strong and supporting  AA women (Tears of joy)  Thank you all! Much love!

    LOL Lady. I'm closer to you now, in Pa until Dec. I hate Pa so already claiming Md....road trip is cool with me. Harbor, lunch (drinks) shopping, clubbing. That's what I'm talking about.

    Girl, I'm Hbg, its like living in Bobby and Whitney's reality show Being Bobby Brown....they may not be crackheads, but they have some crackish ways. LOL I think it would have been better if I didn't move here and begin to work in the prison. Since over 50% of blacks have been incarcerated at one or another, I ate, drank and damn near slept chaos and dysfunction. I couldn't go to Wal-Mart w/o running into a client.
