I know I'm posting again. Did anyone see Wedded to Perfection with David Turtura. The wedding he did on the show was my wedding. Thanks ladies for telling me to go with plum. We decided on shades of purple for the up lighting. From the candelabras to the colors the BM wore, thr table skirts and the tuxes....its my wedding. I was so excited to see how pretty it was that I cried. FI said save the tears for our wedding, and make them good tears, he's paying alot for our vision. LOLJust thought I'd share my joy and laughter.

    Awww! I know how you feel. It does feel nice to see your colors come to life before you have your big day. I see a lot of chocolate and pink but its usually soft pink so I am excited too. I have pink in my gown so that makes me really happy! GL with the rest of your planning, I hope it is as pretty as it sounds.

    I'm so jealous I don't have WE. I'm going to have to get my mom to tivo it so I can see "Your" wedding. LOL. Tell your FI to hush LOL.

    Post all u want hun. This may be the only place you can post 10 times in a row and don't get blasted for it! LOL! I certainly feel you on the great feeling of having your color decision validated! I can't wait to see em. For my next wedding, I may go with some purples. (I plan on having weddings till I get to wear all the dresses I want - at least 5 more times! ;) I decided to go with yellow BM dresses and caught some flack from some well meaning friends/family. I hadn't seen it before but knew that I wanted yellow dresses with charcoal grey tuxes for my GM. Imagine my delight when I went to the movies and saw Madea Goes to Jail. My colors had come to life!

    LOL Kristi, I told him this wedding is not all the expense he'll have....happy wife, happy life.Cat, I thought about yellow and gray, I think those colors are great together. I have a pic of a cake with yellow and gray details, I'll post it for you.
