Gown finally in and fitted!

Since she asked me to walk her down the aisle, we decided on a full gown for me. It's in, it's fitted, pick up on the 2nd, 8 whole days before the wedding. Such a huge relief!I don't have a link to a pic, but it's strapless cream satin, bodice overlaid with black lace down to the top of my hips with a narrow black ribbon under the bust. My daughter loves it. Trying to find some kind of shawl or scarf type thing to downplay the black against her gown but she thinks the contrast will be great. Getting shawl just in case LOL!

    Sounds wonderful! Just found out that DD wants to do a kinda Traditional Jewish thing: have both of us + her siblings to walk down the aisle with her. Should be interesting. I go for my next fitting on Thursday. My suit won't be finished until next Wednesday! yikes! (Wedding is 10/10)
