So I was looking through a bridal mag (that addiction is another story) and saw another hand painted aisle runner. Out of curiosity I looked up the company that made it and they charged $350+. Yikes. Then I remembered that some girls made their own the exact same way this company was doing theirs. Needless to say, I decided that I was going to add another item to my DIY list. So I've started by purchasing bleached muslin from Joann's for .99 a yard. So far so good. Next step will be to blow up my monogram at Kinkos. Here's the directions in case anyone is interested.
