Western KY Brides

I see Western KY brides on here all the time asking "any ideas?" I always feel bad because they usually disappear after a while, because the board is so heavily weighted to Lex and Lou. Anyway, for all you western KY brides dropping in, I wanted to say that I attended a reception at the Charles Medley distillery in Owensboro last night. It's a beautiful venue, should be able to handle large crowds, and it's just reopening, so it's probably not overpriced yet! Good luck!

    Is that a bourbon distillery?I think they're trying to get on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail...Awesome feedback.

    It's a bourbon distillery that was out of commission for a lpng time, but they're going to start producing again soon. I think the label is now actually owned by a rum company out of Trinidad.

    Ahhh..gotcha. I work PT for one of the bourbon distilleries in this part of the state...vaguely remembered the location, couldn't remember the name. ;)
