    Our first household shower this weekend! I'm so excited!! Because FI is from a different town, we're having showers in both towns.

    I'm going on a much needed girls weekend to Canton.  And I vow to not think about the wedding while I'm there.

    Nope. After six weeks here in Nashville, I still don't really know anybody. So I will spend this weekend like I have the others: laundry, cleaning, meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, working out, and watching DVDs on my laptop.

    We're going to see the Toy Story double feature in 3-D.  I finally found tickets.  Then we're inviting my brother over to watch the Aggie game with us.  Finally, a game on TV.

    We're going to check out Cross Timbers Winery as a possible venue on Saturday, but other than that...laundry, cleaning, laundry, and possibly more cleaning.  If we had been on the ball, we might have gotten another venue or two in there, but that's it.

    My sisters and their friends are coming up for the A&M vs Arkansas game, so I will probably hang out with them, and probably end up ferrying from the game to save them the parking fees. Other than that, nothing much happening!

    We got a recipe from BLT Steak in NYC for their popovers.  They're like rolls but huge and airy.  The ones they serve are about six inches tall but, when you break it open, you see some layers but there's lots of "air" in them.  They're so good.  Visit BLT Steak when you go on your honeymoon.  It's expensive but you can split your meal.

    Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday. We're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed Bath and Beyond. I don't know. I don't know if we'll have enough time. :P

    Tommorrow we are going to a surprise party @ Love and War in Texas. We are going to try to get to the fair, I'm going shopping for engagement session clothes, and I'm going to attempt to make cupcake truffles! Yum.

    No. I am lame.Same here.  I'll be taking Gypsy to the Vet for her shot.  Chris has to work all weekend :( but I guess it's a good thing so that he's good to go on vacation in a couple weeks.

    I'm going to the Arkansas vs A&M game and this will be the only time that I will ever cheer for A&M. Then sunday I am going to the John Legend concert. I'm having a much needed fun filled packed weekend!

    It's the first weekend with no appointments revolving around the wedding and the last weekend for the rest of October that we aren't out of town for wedding stuff or have appointments.  With that said, I will probably be working on our invites :/ BUT I plan on relaxing and enjoying the rest of it wedding-free!

    LOL Cheryl! Saturday we're going milk glass hunting at antique shops, then getting our bikes a tune up at the bike shop, then going to taste (and pick) some wine for the wedding, then finally a birthday party for a friend where we'll watch the Ags vs. Hogs game.

    Vinyard Run on Saturday morning (we'll see if my sore throat clears enough for me to actually feel like running, otherwise I'll just walk with DH).  Saturday night heading to a friend's house for dinner... she's having fun with her new smoker.  Maybe Sunday I'll finally clean the apartment.

    I took tomorrow off work to get my hair done and do some final wedding errands.Saturday I have two flag football games and then we'll be packing up the house and getting ready to move out the next weekend.Sunday we'll be doing our Mini photo session with our wedding photographer and watching some Cowboys football.  I'm sure we'll be writing thank you notes during the game too!

    Well it looks like some excitement just got added to my weekend because my car just died. So tomorrow I'll be navigating the Nashville bus system. Hopefully they can fix it tomorrow, because I really need to buy groceries this weekend!

    Stephen and I are both working this weekend. I'm seriously thinking about ordering those big top cupcake things I saw on t.v. They would save me so much trouble when I'm baking lol
