1) Went to the gyno this afternoon. I'm not going off the Nuvaring. The doc told me it was normal, and that nothing is wrong with my ovaries. He gave me some samples of a low dose estrogen that will prevent me from bleeding early.2) I got the job! I start on Monday - so freaking excited! Thanks for the vibes, ladies!

    I can leave it quickly, because I'm a contractor and they know I'm looking. I also plan on doing that job (which is really a sales job) very part time on the side for some extra cash.They wouldn't be replacing me anyway, because technically I don't make a salary and am not an employee.

    Okay...I read the rest.  So you're leaving the job that sometimes wouldn't have good paychecks (as in, they didn't have money)?

    Ha. Sorry, OFace.I was originally a full time account manager/sales person at old job. I received a base + commission. When they finally ran out of cash, everyone was laid off but me, and I was offered to stay as a contractor.At this, I got a much larger commission, but no base. So even though I was making decent money, I wanted something regular. Which is why I started looking for another job.
