Running with ipod...

I bought an armband about 4 months ago to use while I was running with my ipod nano.  However, it wasn't the best (couldn't adjust it to fit my arm, had to use a bobby pin to hold it), and it's now completely fallen apart.  Does anyone have a recommendation for one they use that they like?  I would prefer an armband, but I'll look into others...

I have a few that I've worn out and REALLY need to replace as well.  The one's I've had good luck with are the Nike, Belkin (I got one that supported Breast Cancer awareness-it's my favorite) and another one that was probably a belkin or from the Apple store. It's been so long since I bought it, I can't remember. I got the Belkin from Target and the Nike from the Apple Store.  I like the ones with the velcro adjustable strap.  The ones with the hooks just don't work for me very well. I like something I can quickly slide on my arm, adjust, and go.  The ones with the hooks take forever for me to size to the way I want it.

I have a Tunebelt (http://www.tunebelt.com/) and I love it.  I've had it for 3 years and run with it all the time.  Depending on what kind you get, you can also stick a house key in there (instead of tying it around my shoe laces which kinda drives me nuts when I'm running).  It's machine wash safe too.

Ok I know this isn't for the nano BUT I have one of these covers for my Zen MP3 player and it is GREAT. It has a detachable velcro arm band so you can take the arm band off if you don't want it on there. It has lasted through the dog thinking it was a chew toy as well. Pretty durable IMO. :)http://tinyurl.com/ya8fkrf

I have one that is called "M gear".  I got it about 3 years ago at a TJ Max and it's lasted me a long time.  It's time for a new one though.

Thanks for asking this! I had one that completely disintegrated and one that gave a horrible rash (yuck!).As for the key, most of my workout pants have drawstrings, so I tie it on there, which works nicely for me.

I went to Target and bought the Belkin one.  It also has a neat little pouch in the back that I can slip my key into!  It was super comfortable and easy to run with.  :)Thanks Mariah and everyone else for your suggestions!
