Well I took over the WL challenge from Tracy, so here goes....It's now the first day of October...anyone up for a WL challenge? I was thinking about doing a small challenge this month. Maybe 4 lbs? I figured 1lb/week is a pretty reasonable expectation for most of us. We'll make WI's on Fridays to keep things simple. So if you want to join let me know and make sure you weigh yourself tomorrow to get a starting weight!
